Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy on all orders through the Prevention website, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Refunds will be granted regardless of reason. We want happy customers!
To start a return, you can contact us at info@preventionhs.com. As needed, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. In some instances, we will not require product to be returned but may require a photo to verify damaged or defective product and allow us to address any issues on our end.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
If you are in a rush to replace an item or exchange for a different product, the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have make a separate purchase for the new item. In this way, we can have new product shipped to you prior to the completion of the return process.
Refunds
Refund requests will be processed with two business days and you will receive notification via email. Your payment be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
